1. Agreement to these terms
These terms of use apply to the website https://www.tintnoutmotors.com (the "site"), operated by TINT N OUT LLC ("TINT N OUT", "we", "us"), an independent used-car dealer at 7530 Folsom-Auburn Rd, Folsom, CA 95630. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms are effective as of September 29, 2026. They cover the use of the site only. The purchase of a vehicle is governed by the written sale documents you sign at the dealership.
2. Using this site
You may use the site to browse our vehicles, compare them, contact us and apply for financing for your own personal purposes. When you use the site, you agree not to:
- give false information, or apply for credit in someone else's name or without their permission;
- send spam, harmful code, or automated requests that overload the site;
- copy, scrape or republish our listings, photos or other content in bulk, or use them for another business;
- try to get into parts of the site that are not meant for the public, or to get around its security;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may limit or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Vehicle information
We work to keep our listings accurate, but mistakes happen. Vehicle descriptions, specifications, equipment, mileage, colors and photos come from our own records and from third-party data sources, such as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) VIN decoder and other vehicle data providers. This information may be incomplete or contain errors, and the equipment of a specific used vehicle may differ from its original factory specification. Photos may show a vehicle before reconditioning, and colors on your screen may look different in person.
Fuel economy figures are EPA estimates for new vehicles of that model. Your actual mileage will vary.
Please confirm every detail that matters to you with our sales team, and inspect the vehicle, before you buy. The vehicle's condition and equipment at the time of sale, as shown in your sale documents, is what counts.
4. Prices, dealer fees and availability
Prices shown on the site are the price of the vehicle only. They do not include dealer fees, sales tax, title, registration and license fees, or any other government fees. Dealer fees are disclosed to you before purchase. Where a listing shows an amount for dealer fees, that amount is in addition to the listed price.
Prices, sale prices and special offers can change at any time without notice and may be withdrawn. If a price on the site is wrong because of a typing or system error, we are not bound by it; we will tell you the correct price before you buy.
Every vehicle is subject to prior sale. A vehicle shown on the site may already be sold or on hold. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm it to you directly, and a vehicle is not reserved for you until we agree to that in writing.
5. Payment estimates
Monthly payment estimates on the site are simple illustrations. They are based on the vehicle price only, before dealer fees, tax and title, and on the example term, annual percentage rate and down payment shown next to the estimate. They are not an offer of credit, not a quote, and not a promise that you will qualify for those terms. Your actual rate, payment and terms depend on your credit, the lender and the final price of the vehicle.
6. Credit applications
Submitting a credit application does not guarantee approval or any specific terms. Credit decisions are made by the lenders we send your application to, not by the site. By submitting an application you confirm that the information is true and complete and that you are authorized to apply for anyone you list as a co-buyer, and you authorize us and those lenders to obtain your credit report to review it. If credit is denied, you have the rights described in the notice you receive, including the right to ask for the reasons. How we handle your application is described in our Privacy policy.
7. Vehicle sales, the Buyers Guide and warranties
Vehicles are sold only at the dealership, as described in the written sale documents you sign. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell that can be accepted online.
As federal law requires, every used vehicle we offer has a Buyers Guide window sticker from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The Buyers Guide tells you whether the vehicle comes with a warranty and, if it does, what it covers. The Buyers Guide is part of your sales contract and overrides anything to the contrary in the contract.
Unless a written warranty is stated in the Buyers Guide or your sale documents, the vehicle is sold "as is", without any warranty from us. That does not take away rights you have under California law that cannot be waived. We encourage you to have any vehicle inspected by a mechanic of your choice before you buy.
8. Our content
The site's text, photos, design and logo belong to TINT N OUT LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to our pages, and save or print pages for your personal use when shopping for a car. Any other use needs our written permission. Vehicle makes, models and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we sell.
9. No warranty for the website
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about the site itself, including that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. This section is about the website only; warranties for a vehicle are described in the Buyers Guide and your sale documents.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TINT N OUT LLC and its owners and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or from relying on information on it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer or under the documents for a vehicle you buy from us.
11. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as map services for directions. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their own terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we do not give up the right to do so later.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes apply from that date to your use of the site after it; they do not change a vehicle purchase you have already made.
